We are currently completing registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England. We build every part of our service to meet CQC fundamental standards from day one, and our registration details will be published here as soon as they're confirmed.
We provide live-in home care across London, the Home Counties and East Anglia — including Suffolk (Ipswich, Felixstowe, Woodbridge, Stowmarket), Essex (Colchester, Chelmsford), Norfolk (Norwich) and Cambridgeshire (Cambridge).
Home care lets your loved one stay in the comfort and familiarity of their own home while receiving professional, one-to-one support. It often supports better wellbeing, greater independence and continuity of routine compared with moving into residential care, and keeps families close and involved.
Yes. Round-the-clock live-in care is what we do — your dedicated carer lives in your home and is there day and night, so there is always someone beside you to turn to, at any hour.
After your free home assessment we work to arrange care as quickly as your situation requires, including urgent and hospital-discharge support, while never compromising on careful, considered carer matching.
Our care is nurse-led: a registered nurse oversees every care plan. Our carers are DBS-checked, fully trained and insured, and complete our induction programme before they support any family.
Every care plan is different, so we agree a clear weekly rate with you after your free assessment — based on the level of support needed, with no hidden charges and no surprise extras. You'll always know exactly what care costs before it begins.
Often, yes. Many families are entitled to Attendance Allowance (a non-means-tested benefit for people over State Pension age who need help with personal care). Your local authority can carry out a care needs assessment, and people with complex, ongoing health needs may qualify for NHS Continuing Healthcare funding. We're happy to point you to the right places to start.
Yes — and it's one of the loveliest things about live-in care. One dedicated carer supports both partners at home together, which usually costs considerably less than two places in a care home, and means no one has to be separated from the person they've shared a life with.
A bedroom of their own, meals (or a food budget), and agreed daily breaks. We handle everything else — training, supervision, insurance and support are all part of our fully managed service.

Yes. We provide live-in care across Suffolk and Essex, including Ipswich, Colchester, Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Sudbury and Chelmsford, as well as Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, the Home Counties and London. With live-in care your carer moves into the home, so we are able to cover a wider area than a visiting service. If your town is not listed, please still ask.

Care is built around routine, familiarity and reassurance, which is why staying at home so often suits someone living with dementia better than moving. Our registered nurses oversee every plan.
Yes. Respite care gives family carers a planned break, whether that is a few days or several weeks, with a carer stepping in so routines continue exactly as they are. We provide respite care across Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, the Home Counties and London.
Yes. Nursing care at home is available across Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex, including Norwich, Cambridge and Chelmsford, alongside Suffolk, the Home Counties and London. Because our care is nurse-led, we can support complex and long-term conditions that a standard home care agency cannot.

Ask who writes and reviews the care plan, and whether a registered nurse oversees it.
